My Project

Great minds at work! We are trying to further enhance the engineering experiences of our students.

I am committed to providing students with hands-on learning opportunities that prepare them for successful careers in engineering.

However, in order to fully realize this vision, we are in need of additional engineering materials.

The specific items we are requesting, including a drill, glue gun, and materials for prototyping and experimentation, will have a profound impact on our students' learning in several ways.

The drill is needed to create an air trajectory, a wooden roller coaster, a wind turbine, a solar power box, and an optics box to perform hands-on experimentation for competition. Students will design and build prototypes and will have the opportunity to see the direct impact of their work and gain valuable experience that will prepare them for careers in engineering. Many of the other requested materials like corn hole and beads will facilitate team-building activities so that they know how to work collaboratively in order to gain trust through various activities.

We aim to enhance the learning experience of our students by providing them with the tools and resources they need to succeed in their competition. By investing in their education, we are investing in future engineers. We aim to foster a culture of innovation and excellence within our engineering competition team, where students are encouraged to push the boundaries of what is possible and pursue their passions with determination and enthusiasm. The requested materials will play a crucial role in achieving this goal by providing the resources they need to explore new ideas.

What makes our students special is they come from diverse backgrounds and bring a wide range of perspectives and talents to the table of their passion for learning, creativity, and their commitment to engineering.
