Science Comes to Life

Help me give my students science experiences with a Sprout & Grow root viewer, solar power STEM kits, and water cycle lab kits. These materials will allow my students to explore science through experiments, observations, and real-world experiences.

My Project

My fifth grade students are curious, creative, and excited to learn. They attend a Title I school, and I want to make sure they have opportunities to experience science in ways that are hands-on, exciting, and meaningful.

These materials will allow my students to do more than just read about science in a textbook.

They will watch caterpillars transform into butterflies, observe how roots grow, explore specimens with microscope slides, investigate the water cycle, and experiment with solar energy. The STEM materials will also give them opportunities to problem-solve, collaborate, and think like scientists.

I want science to be something my students can see, touch, explore, and experience for themselves. These resources will help bring our fifth grade science curriculum to life and give my students learning experiences they will remember long after they leave my classroom.
