My students need calculators to help aid in mathematical assignments in Physical Science and Forensic Science.

My Students

My students are amazing high school students who have a thirst for learning. My students come to the classroom ready to learn more about science. In Physical Science, my students are challenged by using different mathematical skills, investigation skills, and science techniques.

They love hands-on learning, engaging and challenging projects.

They enjoy learning, and they truly make my job rewarding! The work we do in this classroom is building relationships, gaining knowledge about different aspects of science, and expanding our understanding of how the world works such as how magnetism and electricity work.

My Project

In physical and forensic science, we are continually using mathematical skills to enhance the learning experiences. In physical science, we use calculators to work complex mathematical problems dealing with acceleration and speed. In forensic science, we use mathematical equations when examining the height at which something was dropped or how far away items are at a crime scene.

With these calculators, my students will be able to be more efficient with mathematical problems in the courses.

Having a class set of calculators would allow my students to be successful at any task in the science classroom they are given during the school year.
