In physical and forensic science, we are continually using mathematical skills to enhance the learning experiences. In physical science, we use calculators to work complex mathematical problems dealing with acceleration and speed. In forensic science, we use mathematical equations when examining the height at which something was dropped or how far away items are at a crime scene. With these calculators, my students will be able to be more efficient with mathematical problems in the courses. Having a class set of calculators would allow my students to be successful at any task in the science classroom they are given during the school year.
