Help me give my students contact paper, science kit, magnetic letters, and the tools they need to explore their senses in the sand and water table and explore light with the light table.

My Project

Many of my students have gone through trauma in their early lives and I would like to make school fun and exciting for them. Science is an exciting and eventful way to make learning fun! These materials will be a great way to develop the skills that are needed to build the foundation of learning that will be built upon in later years.

With these science and discovery items, my students can practice fine motor skills, hand and eye coordination, math and science skills, and problem-solving skills as well as help with emotional and sensory needs.

With the magnets and the light table, the children will learn spatial awareness, and hand-eye coordination, and develop fine motor skills in their hands and fingers. which are very important skills to learn. With the water/sand table, the children will learn math and science skills as well as be used for the sensory needs of children. The science experiments kit will provide the children with opportunities to develop and practice many different skills and attributes. These include communication skills, collaborative skills, team working, and perseverance, as well as analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills. These are all important skills that children will need to be successful in life.
