Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our students are creative, community-focused, collaborative, and enthusiastic individuals. They are constantly striving for greatness and craving challenge and are always rising up to the occasion whenever a obstacle is presented.

Our students need organization, structure, and routine which are things they do not always have easy access to.

More often than not, if not always, student success in our musical community is dependent on the routine and expectations that are set with help from the organizational resources in this project.

Items like markers, binders, sticky notes, and drum keys in this project will go straight to students. A portion of these materials, including masking tape, labels, spray paint, and touch screen utensils, will be essential for our teaching team to provide our students with a clear, structured, and rigorous musical experience. We constantly use items like these in our daily classes and for our leadership team meetings and community building activities after school.
