Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

Developmentally appropriate, purposeful, engaging play is the foundation of early childhood development. My children come from low-income areas where families are below the poverty level. Yet, these amazing children come to school every day ready to discover and explore new learning opportunities. During meaningful play, children learn about themselves and the world around them.

Let's get outside!

Spring is here, and the weather is getting warmer; we are so excited to be able to play outside! We have an excellent outdoor classroom that we can use. However, it is not equipped with much except tables. I am requesting pencils, erasers, and other items to be used in the outdoor classroom.
