Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am in need of school supplies for the upcoming school year for my students.

I am requesting art supplies, construction paper, pencils, glue, scissors and dry erase markers.

My students are all new arrivals to the country, many of whom are refugees from Ukraine and countries in Africa. They are all beginning to learn English. I am also asking for supplies/resources to aid in the acquisition of English skills, such as real food manipulatives, books about the body, a doll to represent parts of the body and mini mirrors for students to practice their pronunciation.
