My Students
My pupils attend a Title One school and are part of a 30 student Integrated Co-Teaching (ICT) classroom, with roughly half receiving special education services. My pupils are great communicators, but not necessarily communicators of needs. Our children face issues that affect the entire community, such as immigration, inadequate nutrition, and temporary housing. Our school has embodied the spirit of a less fortunate community, yet one that is "exceptionally outstanding with little to nothing."
My Project
My project is essentially a wish list. In my classroom, I'm currently in need of headphones, pencils highlighters, a pencil sharpener, and many more. In the hands of an eager student, a sharp pencil feels wonderful. Technology is still being used, and students can use headphones to listen to their reading courses. Laminator will allow students' work to be displayed so that the rest of the school may see it and then safely remove it. The pencils and erasers project may appear insignificant, yet it will have a significant impact on my pupils' learning performance. Thank you so much for your generous donation!
