My Project

Every day, I work with students who carry more than just their backpacks to school. They bring worries, fears, and stress that can make learning nearly impossible. My role as a school social worker is to help them feel heard, supported, and ready to return to class with confidence. I want to create a welcoming space where every child finds tools that help them feel safe, valued, and ready to learn. Small items can have a powerful ripple effect — reducing stress, increasing focus, and building the emotional skills that last a lifetime.
