My Students

My students are inquisitive 5th graders who are often able to collaborate with and learn with 6th, 7th, and 8th graders. These students are full of energy and constantly crave real world experiences and manipulatives. They are constantly questioning while also trying to build objects to replicate scientific and mathematical principles presented in the classroom.

My students love to build and create; they learn better when they are able to manipulate objects.

These students need avenues to channel their creativity and energy.

My Project

Especially during these unusual times, it is so important for my students and me to be able to digitize their assignments and work. During uncertain times, this scanner will allow me to share valuable print resources easily with my students.

Once my students return to class and are able to get back to a normal routine, they will be able to utilize this compact scanner in a variety of ways!

Students will be able to complete work and then scan in as a part of a larger presentation. This technology tool will allow students to add more detailed evidence to projects on the computer.
