This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are eager, compassionate learners who enjoy gaining skills that can help others. What makes them special is their willingness to step up, work hard, and learn real-world skills that can make a difference in an emergency.

This project will provide CPR manikins and an AED trainer, giving students the opportunity to practice lifesaving techniques through hands-on learning.

These resources will help students build confidence, improve skill retention, and prepare for CPR certification and required assessments before entering high school.

My goal is to ensure every student has access to high-quality training that prepares them to respond effectively in emergency situations. With these tools, students will gain valuable knowledge and skills that could one day help save a life.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
