This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students are enthusiastic learners. We live in a low-income area where my students come to school to escape the many hardships in their lives. Most of my students don’t have access to supplies or technology and are only able to use them at school. My class needs so many resources to prepare them for their future. My students love to learn and I want them to access all subject areas.
My Project
Help me get supplies to keep my classroom clean and disinfected. My students recently returned to the classroom after being out of school for over a year. I want to make sure my classroom is clean and disinfected to provide them a safe environment.
I want to keep my students safe and healthy.
The masks, wipes, and disinfecting spray will allow me to clean my class for my students so I know they have a safe place to come everyday. They have had enough stress that I do not want them to worry about getting germs and missing school. These few cleaning products will allow me a way to make sure our whole class is safe so we can focus on learning.
