Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

After taking over the cheer program at my Alma mater, I have been taking steps to create a safe, relaxing area for my student athletes to spend their time on campus.

We have requested mirrors to help eliminate the squad splitting up in different restrooms on campus while getting ready to build team unity.

Next, we requested the rolling organizer and storage bins to place in our restroom stall to have a private area to store necessary feminine products for the squad.

Lastly, we are asking for a couch to help my athletes catch a small break before heading out to their various events on campus.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
