This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Alphabet, Animals, and Habitats
This rug is perfect for practicing upper and lowercase letters, animal identification, and animal/habitat matching, they also have 26 zoo animals that spring to life right in your classroom!
The children will experience cross-curricular experience learning about animals and habitats from around the world and learn the alphabet through sight and song. It will facilitate writing instruction and build vocabulary skills.
The classroom rug is where we spend a good part of the day. Now it will also be a resource to help make learning fun!
