My Project

Rubik's cubes are great logical challenges for students to complete. It would be great to teach the math behind solving the cube so the students can see how math is used in the real world. This is a perfect hands-on example showing students the importance of math.

My goal for this project is for students to create mosaics using the colors of the cubes.

Not only will students be incorporating math and logical thinking, they will also be using creative thinking. Students will design and create their own mosaics from cubes as well.

My students are special because creativity and innovative thinking is a large part of my curriculum. These students flourish when they are able to create and design on their own. They truly enjoy hands-on learning and try to gain as much knowledge as they can.
