Rowan County Needs Band More Band Instruments

My Project

At our middle school, we offer quality instrumental education to our students. Our bands do a variety of performances throughout the school year for our community, and we also offer an after school jazz band in the spring.

Many of our students do not have the financial resources to rent or purchase instruments; most students use school-owned instruments.

Our inventory is being stretched as our program is starting to grow. This project will help us acquire saxophones, trumpets, and clarinets, along with other items to support playing these instruments.

We visit and perform for all 4 of our county's elementary schools at least once a year as a recruiting effort, which has been beneficial to our program, and a lot of fun for our kids! Your help with providing instruments to our students is greatly appreciated. Thank You.
