Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Class sizes in Oklahoma have been rising! The recommended class size for kindergarten is now 26 students, so that means that class sizes can reach up to 29 or 30 kindergarteners. My classroom only has 24 built in cubbies, so I am requesting a set of 5 more cubbies so that every student can have a space for their backpack, jacket, and supplies.

For our classroom community, it is essential that each students feels a sense of belonging by having their own cubby!

It is also extremely important for our procedures that students have a place to store and access their own whiteboards, writing kits, and bookboxes.
