My Project

As you walk into our classroom, you will quickly see that our rug is the most-used spot in the room. It is truly the heart of our classroom.

We start each morning together, gather for read-alouds, celebrate successes, solve problems, and build our classroom family on our classroom rug.

A new rug would give my students a clean, comfortable place to learn and connect with one another every day. It would help create an inviting space where students feel welcomed, valued, and excited to participate.

For many of my third graders, our classroom is a second home during the school year. Something as simple as a new rug can make a big difference in helping them feel comfortable, focused, and ready to learn. Your support will help create a space where memories are made, confidence grows, and learning comes to life.
