My students need a complete new library with reading books. These include Amelia Bedelia stories, Grade 1-2 Classics and stories from the Arthur Adventures Series.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
We would Love to read brand new books!!! Lets read about silly Characters and cool settings.
I am the luckiest Teacher on Earth, I have been given the opportunity to teach and foster the love of learning to a wonderful and amazing group of 6 year old children.
My students enjoy coming to school everyday because they love to be challenged with new learning experiences. They are eager learners who enjoy listening to stories with their friends. I love to teach new topics, which is great, because my students love to learn and discuss all the new things they are taught in class. Fortunately, for the students, they attend a Title 1 School that is located in the inner city of Chicago. This means all of my students qualify and receive free breakfast and lunch.
My Project
I am asking for new reading books. My students are ready to read higher leveled books, I need to move them away from the easy readers and begin to challenge them. Therefore, I am asking for multiple engaging stories, with lovable characters and helpful illustrations to make my students high-interest readers. These books will be a perfect transition for my students because these books gradually increase in difficulty, so students build reading skills and confidence.
Any donation made to this project would make better readers, artist and thinkers.
