This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students love playing sports; especially soccer. They have been doing their best to learn the rules, team work, coordinating hands, feet and eyes. Through the love of sports they have started to learn how to work together. We still need more work, but with their perseverance they will get there.

Team sports will help build leadership and communication skills in my students.

The rolling cart will help carry the equipment giving more structure play time. We do not have a goal net for soccer and the kids have been asking for one. I know once they see it they are going to feel like the luckiest kids on earth.
