My Project
We are taking our students on a field trip to Rock City- Mount Diablo for a camping trip. We are strongly enforcing a no technology, no phone policy on this trip so that students will get to live in the moment and enjoy the activities, experiences, and environment. We live in a time that everything is online, and students are constantly on their phones. However, we would like them to disconnect, while still capturing their lasting memories that they can hold on to in physical form to look back and remember. We are going to split students into groups and give each group two cameras. Their goal is to capture pictures with friends, activities (hiking, cooking, art activities, etc), nature, and more. Students who capture the best pictures and are engaged will receive a prize as well. We want this to be really fun for students, and allow them to capture every moment, and have it in hard copy, as that is something students get to have today. Thank you for your consideration. CCPA students will really appreciate this funding.
