My Students

I have a room full of diverse learners who thrive on hands-on experiences. I am hoping to spark a desire and interest in STEM this year by exposing them to a variety of activities in our classroom. I want to allow them to experience activities that they can't get at home.

I love seeing my students excited to learn, and enjoying STEM projects makes me excited and thrilled to work with them.

I currently have 15 girls and 13 boys in my classroom. I know that STEM activities will create a passion for the science and math fields in all of them.

My Project

The Robotics and Coding Kit I am requesting allows the students the freedom and flexibility to not only code but to design and build a robot from start to finish. Robotics and coding are in such a high demand now that students need to learn how to do these things before college.

This kit will allow my students to build, explore, code, and explain what they did and to help prepare them for a successful future.

This will help excite them so they want to learn to do all of this. At the same time, it will be exciting and fun because it is hands-on, and they will be taking charge of their own learning.
