Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our students are working hard at their social emotional skills. They are learning skills to help them regulate emotions and build lasting friendships. As part of our PBIS system, when students are caught with ROARing good behavior they earn a paw stamp.

Each month, students get to spend their paw stamps at the ROAR store for both prizes and experiences.

Our experiences include building relationships with staff like, helping our custodian, a paint and juice party with various staff members, walking the school with a principal, or taking reading, writing and math breaks with a staff member. Students can also buy fidgets, toys, and school supplies from the ROAR store.

This project supports materials for both the experiences and the store goodies.
