Help me give my students a better educational experience by providing materials for the classroom and thought provoking materials on the walls.

My Students

I have a resilient group of high school students. Covid has impacted a good portion of them in a negative way; I have noticed a lack of social skills, drive, respect, accountability, and academic integrity. I have also noticed a strong resiliency among a lot of students. By and large, I feel there students want to succeed and improve.

My Project

In my opinion, all of those in the educational system have taken a direct hit with Covid-19. Students and teachers alike are wrought with feelings of anxiety and doubt. A classroom should be a welcoming place for students to express their creativity.

This project will provide my classroom with much needed supplies and messages of hope and inspiration from a diverse group of iconic Americans.

It is my hope that students will become more engaged in my classroom, as a result of the generous funding of this project.

In addition, a standing desk will allow me to work the computer for presentations and be engaged with the students, rather than sitting. Thank you for your consideration.
