My Project

At RA, we pride ourselves on encourage prosocial behavior with research-based incentives. This can be done as a whole-group, or individual program. In the past, we've done roller skating parties, dances, and tug of war tournaments.

To help take our program to the next level, we need your help.

Exciting experiences and meaningful symbols of achievement often require funding we may not have available. Positive, rather than punitive, consequences for behavior make all the difference in a school's culture.

We know that in order to promote good behavior, it is important for us to show our students that we recognize the good work that they are doing. By rewarding our students with small treats, I believe that this will help us to some success with behavior.
