Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am a math instructional specialist for a Title I campus serving around 800 economically disadvantage students. I am requesting different incentive rewards that will be utilized throughout the upcoming school year for different challenges that take place.

My goal for this project is to gain enough incentives to last throughout the upcoming school year that can be used as motivational items for our activities and challenges.

Our students take on the responsibility for their academic performance, put effort into all of their classes, and know how to make the learning process easy and enjoyable. The incentives will be used for challenges created throughout the year with ST Math. JiJi the penguin is the ST Math mascot. Students help JiJi by solving math puzzles. The incentives are penguin related to relate to our JiJi mascot. Students will enjoy mini penguin statues, plushy, pens/pencils, and even a fun fidget toy.
