The large instructional whiteboard has become the center of our lessons, allowing students to clearly see modeled reading strategies, math problem-solving steps, vocabulary practice, and collaborative class discussions. The dry-erase markers have helped make lessons more interactive, and the student incentive stickers have created an encouraging and positive classroom environment where students feel celebrated for their hard work and growth.\r\nWhen the materials first arrived, my students were so excited. They immediately noticed the new whiteboard space and were eager to participate during lessons. One special moment was during a reading comprehension activity when students came up to the board to highlight text evidence and explain their thinking to the class. The excitement and confidence they showed while using the board reminded me how impactful simple classroom tools can be.\r\n\r\nThe incentive stickers have also made a huge difference in student motivation. Students love earning them for showing leadership, perseverance, kindness, and academic effort. These small rewards have helped build a classroom culture where students encourage one another and take pride in their learning.\r\n\r\nAs we continue through the school year, these materials will support our daily instruction and upcoming collaborative projects.
