My Project

Implementing a snack-based reward system in my classroom aims to significantly enhance student learning. By providing tangible incentives, such as snacks, students feel valued and motivated to excel in their academic endeavors. These rewards not only foster a positive classroom environment but also encourage active participation and engagement.

The goals of this project are to increase student motivation, foster a sense of community, improve learning outcomes, and promote positive behavior and character development.

My students are unique individuals with diverse backgrounds and talents, and it's their resilience and eagerness to learn that makes them special. With this reward system, I aim to support their growth and success while creating a nurturing learning environment where they can thrive.
