My students are a vibrant bunch. Every morning they come to school enthusiastic about learning. They get excited to see each other, work together, and be successful.
The best part about my class is that they are all the best of friends.
They would do anything for one another. Whether it is helping with spelling a word, a math problem, or a friend problem, each and every one will always have each other's back. If someone gets teased, they problem solve together to make sure it doesn't happen again. Their willingness to accept each other and to always be friendly is inspiring.
My Project
Each year, it is a challenge to rewards kids with things they really like! I always use rewards like extra computer time, lunch with the teacher, and homework passes.
My students love receiving fun gifts and rewards for their hard work!
Sometimes it is nice for them to have something tangible to walk away with and to show their parents. They seriously love anything that we give them, but I really try to focus on the things they like so they work extra hard!
Positive behavior always means success at school. Rewarding students consistently will help them perform to the best of their abilities and boost their self esteem!
