My Project

My students are a wonderful group of children who love school! This year we have introduced four key habits of character: Integrity, Empathy, Flexibility, and Accountability. Students have been very eager to demonstrate these new habits of character. All items were chosen by the students! These items will help me reward my students when I see them demonstrating the habits in action!

"Positive student behavior support helps educators and parents appreciate good behavior and motivates all students to achieve."

When students are seen engaging in one of our new habits of characters, they earn a PAWS card, which are like behavior currency. When students earn enough, they are able to cash them in for a reward of their choice. Not only does this promote positive behavior, but in encourages my students to keep engaging in them!
