This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I love my students for their curiosity, resilience, and determination to learn, even when they are working with limited resources. They are most successful when they have access to basic classroom tools that help them stay organized, focused, and confident in their work. This project will allow me to restock essential supplies that are used every day in our classroom. Spiral notebooks provide students with a consistent place to keep notes, labs, and reflections organized. Pens, highlighters, rulers, and tape support clear note-taking, problem-solving, and hands-on activities. A laminator helps me create durable instructional materials that can be reused throughout the year, while a shredder helps keep our classroom safe and organized. Small incentives and snacks are used to recognize effort, growth, and positive behavior, helping build a supportive and motivating learning environment where students feel valued.
