My Students

The students in my classroom are eager to learn. They have a strong desire to create, explore, discover and make sense of the world around them.

My classroom is filled with energetic second graders who burst through my classroom door every day, eager to soak up information about the world around them.

They are motivated and self-driven. They love to learn.

My students love hands-on activities and bubble over with enthusiasm when our classroom receives new materials.

They love to read and strive to grow their "reading muscles" every day! My students are in love with reading! We work on building our reading stamina every day and they love to sit down and get lost in a good book. My students also love math. They enjoy pairing up with a friend to solve a math challenge or engaging in a hands-on activity to deepen their number sense.

My Project

There are many uncertainties surrounding the upcoming school year. I am requesting new resources, activities, and lessons from Teachers Pay Teachers that are more focused for helping students learn at home will help students excel during distance learning.

This Teacher Pay Teacher gift card will be used to purchase lessons, activities, and resources that will help students learn during the distance learning period.

Students will benefit greatly from having activities purchased specifically with distance learning in mind so they can benefit from the extra support and practice. There are many activities, such as Interactive Powerpoint lessons available for purchase on the Teacher Pay Teacher website that can be utilized by students at home.
