it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Positive affirmation books are all about building a girl's confidence, self-esteem, imagination, and spirit! We all want our children to thrive; and when it comes to the self-esteem of young girls of color, it's extremely important that we push them in the right direction. This coloring book is filled with positive affirmations that will help girls build self-esteem and feel inspired. This coloring book is centered around a core message of self-love, embracing your natural beauty and uniqueness. For African-Americans Girls and other groups who have been historically underrepresented in the media, any visibility can feel like a win.
Coloring books engage students on multiple levels, making them an ideal medium for learning.
They offer an interactive platform that doesn't intimidate learners. Students can directly relate to the visually depicted scenarios and play an active role in shaping the outcomes through colors. By using coloring books, teachers can impart valuable lessons while students engage in a fun and familiar activity.
