it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My class has been working on reading and learning about people that represent them in history and literature. My focus for the next few weeks will be about science and how they can see themselves represented in scientists of color. I would like to introduce books about science that show characters and POC who have contributed greatly to the field of science.
The items on my Donors Choose list will support me with science books with POC and a few kits to provide my students with science experiments in class.
