My Students
We have the most inspirational students! They come from more than 75 countries and a multitude of different situations but they all strive for future success and love coming to school. Students who speak all different languages come together and form a community and display endless determination and grit. Students at my school have leaped over many hurdles to arrive where they are today, and they are just looking for a little boost from us to set them off on the right foot after high school and future success.
My goal is to make sure all my students in physical education class have the same quality opportunities to learn about their own wellness and pursuit of life long fitness and health.
My Project
As we participate in Remote learning it can be hard to stay connected with the students. Immediately I saw how much the students missed their friends in their classes and yes even the teachers.
As I create the most engaging, informative, and fun lessons for the students that I possibly can, technology challenges can be a real downer for myself and my students.
My students would benefit from remote learning if I had the capabilities to share my screen, navigate multiple tabs, play videos, share my webcam, and be able to check on their progress simultaneously.
Through the first several weeks the lack of a sufficient laptop has delayed many lessons and have impacted students potential learning experience. Just as a carpenter needs his full tool-belt to build a house, I need my tool, a laptop, to be successful as I educate my students during remote learning.
