ReMARKable Students Need Supplies!

My Students

My students come from varied socioeconomic backgrounds. They are eager learners who want to learn, especially when material is presented visually along with hands-on practice by providing ample opportunities utilizing materials that showcase my student's work.

My students can make connections to what they learn when learning is brought to life for them using visual models with hands on practice.

Even though my students learn differently from others, they are very capable boys and girls who want to succeed given the proper materials and opportunities. They come to school each and every day and give their best effort. These scholars deserve the very best!

My Project

I am requesting dry-erase lap boards along with dry erase markers so that my students are provided with ample opportunities to be fully engaged while learning. My students love having the option to erase mistakes and try again, and these lap boards and markers will allow them to do just that! They can use them while collaborating with a partner and completing a rough draft of a problem or show what they know by marking their answer on the whiteboards. Perhaps one of the most important uses of the whiteboard and markers is that I can see at a glance what my students understand or need more help with. This will allow me to make on the spot decisions on which way the lesson should go.
