Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I have the most wonderful children that I am so lucky to teach and they teach me every day. I work in the inner city, where all of my students receive both free breakfast and lunch. I wish that I could send a note home to parents to ask for help but it does not feel right since they are trying to just get by.

This project is for normal regular classroom supplies, hole puncher, stapler, batteries, and supplies that normally are just given in a classroom.

As a teacher in the inner city, we do not have many supplies and what we do have is stretched very thin.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
