Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are about to celebrate 100 days of school! We have been so busy growing our brains.

My students are all working on learning english and for some this is their first school experience.

My students learn best when they are learning through multiple modalities. This means finding ways for them to touch and feel, hear, read, and write about the material we are learning. We use playdough to work on letters, math concepts and more. Dry erase boards and markers allow them to work on lots of subjects without fear of making mistakes because it's easy to erase and try again. Giving my classroom this update and refresh will allow my students to continue to learn in many ways.
