Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

If this project is funded, my students will be able to create beautiful posters to hang around our school campus to inform the students about the ways to reduce, reuse, and recycle.

Our mission is to educate the school on making sure our campus is sustainable, environmentally-friendly, and clean!

We are campaigning to change our school's new policy to include recycling bins in every classroom and hallway. These posters will put emphasis on what students believe to be important.

The rotating organizers will be filled with the markers and crayons we are requesting to create 10 different stations in the room for designing the posters. They will each focus on a specific part of the environmentally-friendly change we wish to see at school. This project will benefit not only my students, but all students and staff in the school who will see the posters.
