This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We are looking to add a large number of recycling bins along our hallways. We currently do not have an alternative for students to practice good, sustainable behavior. Right now, regular trash is our only option.

We will tie the addition of these recycling cans to a group of excited students who want to create an effective recycling and environmental club.

We want these cans specifically because they will be sustainable, convenient, and highly visible. These will be durable and be able to be used yearly. Our students are excited about this potential opportunity.
