My Project

As we all know, physical fitness is good for our bodies but it is also critical for a strong and healthy mind.

Developing good and healthy habits at a young age is an important piece to improve the chances that these habits will be continued through adulthood.

My students not only face the typical stresses that all students face but, most of them come from difficult home situations which presents added challenges. I plan to use recreation and sports equipment to provide them some much needed opportunities to improve their physical and emotional fitness.
