My Project

Recess is the time during the day when my students can let go and have some fun! My students love building and creating art projects during this time.

Our classroom is in need of some new building toys, art supplies, and games/puzzles to revamp recess!

The students will be excited to have stencils, new and “cool” crayons, and new board games and puzzles. Seeing them engaging with items that aren’t technology related, gives them the chance to use their imagination and creativity, which makes them better thinkers.

My goal for this project is for students to have new items that are more age appropriate, give them more ways to use their imagination, and to continue working with others.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
