My students have been learning at home for about a month and a half now. It has been hard for my students to understand and accept the fact that we can't go to school now, but they're trying their best to adapt and continue to amaze me every day.

My Project
My students love to read and enjoy our classroom library daily. Now that we have been in distance learning for awhile, I know my students are missing their friends and our books. Many of my students have struggled with adjusting to the stay at home routine and online learning. We just learned that we will not be able to go back to school this school year, and therefore will have to continue with remote learning. Many of my students do not have books at home so they have to rely only on online reading. Most of my students are doing work and reading books online. We all know there is nothing better than the feel of a book.
How excited my students would be to receive books in the mail, books that they get to keep.
My goal is for each student to get at least 1-2 books. I can't wait to see their happy faces when they receive their books.
