Ready, Set, Stand: Building a Better Digital Classroom

Help me give my students an ergonomically safe experience as the laptop stands will prevent neck and shoulder discomfort while students implement proper posture and technique in the Keyboarding class.

My Project

My students are energetic, curious learners who are developing skills they will use throughout their education and future careers. I love watching their confidence grow as they learn to type more accurately and efficiently and begin to understand how important strong keyboarding skills are in our technology-driven world.

Because my students spend a significant amount of class time practicing at their laptops, I want them to learn that how they use technology is just as important as the skills they develop while using it.

By creating more ergonomically appropriate workstations in my classroom, I can help students develop healthy habits now that they can carry with them into high school, college, and their future careers.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
