My Students

My students are creative, passionate, and thoughtful young learners. They come to our class with unique backgrounds, as many of their parents serve in the US Army which has taken them around the world!

My students show compassion and encouragement as they champion one another in our classroom.

Each student at our school has different dreams, beliefs, and past experiences! That is one of the many things that makes them so great! They are inspirational individuals that together create an awesome collective!

My Project

My desire as an educator is to develop a sense of individuality in each student while creating a foundation for mathematical problem-solving.

A classroom that is warm and inviting for students will allow them to be themselves as they strive towards our learning goals.

The supplies listed in this project will create a structured and organized learning environment for my students. For example, I would like each student to have a mailbox in the AdirOffice File Organizer, so they know exactly where to turn in and pick up their work. Students will use these mailboxes to begin to take ownership of their work. My specific learning goals for my students are for them to develop strong organizational habits and leadership skills.

In helping to fund this project, you will help foster a safe classroom environment, which will ultimately multiply the strength of my students' achievements.
