My Project

Every great learning experience begins with a classroom that is welcoming, organized, and ready for students. This year, our classroom will serve both 7th and 8th graders across four different courses: AVID, World History, Washington State History, and U.S. History. With each class bringing unique goals and diverse learners, thoughtful organization is essential. From storage bins that keep projects accessible to systems that streamline daily routines, these tools will help create a learning environment where students can focus on collaboration, curiosity, and academic growth instead of searching for supplies.

When every minute matters, every organizational tool makes a difference.

With only four minutes between class periods, efficient classroom systems allow us to quickly transition between lessons, support changing student needs, and maximize instructional time.

In AVID, organization is a foundational skill that prepares students for college and career success, making project storage and classroom systems especially valuable. In our history classes, multilingual learners build language skills through hands-on activities like annotating texts, collaborating with peers, and recording podcasts. Organized supply bins, headphone storage, and flexible classroom systems ensure that every student has quick access to the materials they need, helping create a classroom where learning is seamless, inclusive, and engaging.
