I teach two classes of amazing, creative, thoughtful fourth grade students. I teach literacy skills, science, and social studies to 37 students. The fourth graders are kind, hardworking, and artistic. They are careful thinkers and enjoy discussing texts and sharing their ideas. Our school is our learning community. We focus on teamwork, helping others, and the value that kindness and care towards others is important. I am grateful, my students are thankful, and my classroom is able to have such quality materials thanks to caring, generous donors!
This dark blue ocean rug would be a wonderful addition to our classroom library space! The fourth grade students enjoy reading and completing class assignments in floor chairs and on carpeting, especially during our reading block. This new, large, comfortable floor rug would give students a larger space to utilize. It has a beautiful blue pattern and would be a terrific space for students to utilize throughout the day. Students would have a comfortable rug on which to independently read, complete partner assignments, hold literature circles, and to build group science projects. A beautiful rug would be terrific to have in our fourth grade room!
