Reading Rockstars in Need of Good Books!

My students need 21 fantastic books to add to our classroom library.

One-hundred NOTABLE NAVAJO students in the 10th grade would love some books to read! I would like the students in my classroom to have age-appropriate and exciting books to dive into.

My students entered the tenth grade with about a sixth grade reading level. If the students intend on graduating from high school in two years, they must begin reading at home. Few of my students have suitable reading material at home and depend on the books in my classroom library. I have only 40 books for 100 students and need to add more to our collection.

I have selected 21 wonderful books to enhance our classroom collection. Our classroom library will be able to serve all 100 students and give them an opportunity to expand their literary horizons!

Your donation will make responsive and critical readers out of my students. My goal is to allow the students to have books to read in class and at home that are correct for their age and grade level. Please make this goal happen!
