My Students
Hello! We are a group of kind, smart, and extremely curious students. We love to read and write about many different topics including ourselves, our families, adventures we've been on and adventures we're hoping to take. We love learning new things and getting to experience as much as we can first hand through exploration and investigation.
In our class we believe in being kind, compassionate, and courageous learners that love to talk about what we are learning with others.
We encourage each other to always try our best and learn from each other. Our class is full of students who are going to make a difference in and out of the classroom, and I, for one, can't wait to see what they can accomplish!
My Project
This year has already started out unlike any other year and this is the first time that my 1st graders have been in a classroom in their academic lives. These books will help engage students and encourage them to read independently. They will help them to go on adventures with some of their favorite characters, create an environment full of diversity, and improve their reading abilities, all while learning!
With the addition of these books to our classroom library, students will have the opportunity to read more engaging books at their level and to help push them to achieve and learn even more!
They will get to read books that they find interesting and appealing to them and they are so excited to dig in and talk about these characters with their friends and classmates.
